How can Coaching help me?
Coaching can help you to step back, see the big picture, grow and develop your own skills. It can also help you to better understand your issues, become more aware of your perceptions, beliefs, habits, attitudes, behaviors, competencies, values and your identity.
How much do you charge for your services?
Our hourly rates vary by engagement. Rates are based on the length of the engagement and the difficulty level of the task. Longer engagements merit a discount while difficult assignments include a higher rate. In addition, all travel fees and expenses are billed on a cost basis.
How many engagements do you maintain at once?
We have purposely chosen to keep the number of my engagements low. We want to focus on quality not quantity and give each Client the time they need. Engagements vary as the approach is customised for each client but be assured that if we agree to partner, we will be 100% committed to helping deliver what you need.

How far will you travel for an engagement?
Our preference is to stay within Europe, but we will consider engagements abroad. Of course, virtual engagements are available globally.
What tools do you use for remote engagements?
Most of our remote engagements are done by using Zoom or Teams. We use other tools such as email, text messaging, telephone, Facetime and Skype.
