Senior Executive & HR experience that you can leverage

Cinco Coaching & Consulting was co-founded by Tommy & Jean Geary in 2020.

Tommy is a former Technology Executive whose most recent role was as Senior Vice President, with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, leading teams of up to 5,000 people, all across the globe. His career spanned 25+ years, during which time he also held senior Executive roles with HP, Dell and Eir. He worked internationally, living in countries such as the USA, Netherlands and Ireland. Tommy was a ‘Silicon Valley Top 50’ award winner as one of the top Irish/Irish-American technology leaders in 2017. In 2020, he achieved his lifelong goal of ‘retiring’ at 50. After a short break, he decided he wanted to use his skills and experience to help others and subsequently co-founded Cinco Coaching & Consulting with Jean. Tommy is an ICF accredited (ACC) Professional Coach.

Jean has had many years of experience working in different HR and Recruitment companies. Her most recent corporate role was as HR Manager with RR Donnelley where she was responsible for Training, Recruitment, Administration, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management. Previous companies she worked for included Active Recruitment, CMS and Gateway. She has been an Advisor to the Board of a midwest charity and volunteered as a Peer Counsellor when she lived in the USA. Jean is an ICF trained Professional Coach and has a passion for assisting people to become ‘unstuck,’ reinvent themselves and to achieve their full potential.

Tommy & Jean are certified to deliver the Hogan Personality Assessment as well as Forte Communication Profiling. These tools and others such as 360 degree assessments or MBTI can provide Clients with deeper insights and enable them to develop at speed. Cinco was setup to enable others achieve their career & life ambitions and to help businesses thrive. In addition to Executive/Career Coaching, Cinco can also assist with Job Transitioning, Mentoring, Leadership Development and Training.
